Uloko served as Regional Head, Africa at Virgin / Air Nigeria, with responsibility for 10 countries in Sub-Saharan Africa, and held senior commercial roles at Arik Air including Acting Head, Commercial and Business Head, Central & West Africa. He chairs the board of Crescend Institute, a management and leadership development research centre, and today practices public procurement as Head, Transport Administration at the Nigeria Deposit Insurance Corporation (NDIC).
